 I noticed the Melvins have two nights off between Rochester & Detroit, 9/17 & 9/18. It would be awesome if they did their own gig in Buffalo one of those two nights, like at Soundlab, Tralf, or Mohawk Place. I'm not holding my breath though. Bought my Roch ticket yesterday, $33 final price. I would think Buffalo's Town Ballroom wants in on this action too for the whole tour package, but I'm hoping the Melvins can get their own gig on the off night in one of the smaller Buffalo clubs. I'd have to go to that too.

The FX was across the street from the Cactus club on the corner. Marsugi's was on the same side of 1st st. next block towards Original Joe's.

Nice.....A straight up Melvins show and a Down/Melvins show within a few days.  

I'm willing to bet it's BB opening and then Melvins.  What else would it be?  Unless Weedeater is running the same path up from LA to start the tour?

Perhaps he's taking a stand.  Maybe he reads this forum and he's doing it out of loyalty to al Melvins fans who don't approve.
