I need to emigrate.  Melvins have only played here a handful of times.
...and they all sing the same refrain: its fun to take a trip, put acid in your veins.

Uncle Fester

Madison ain't that far and it's a Saturday.

Madison? From the Twin Cities? Isn't that like a five hour drive? Feel free to correct me if my geography is way off--I don't make many trips to Wisconsin. Either way, I'd much rather have them come to me.

No LDS love?   :(

three days between denver and calgary, enough time for SLC, boise, or jackson hole. though I'm not really counting on it, it'd be great if they came to me. last time melvins played here was on the geek show tour in ought 3
What's that? Not me. Fuck that, I'm a cat.

on the upside I'll have no problem getting a detroit tigers t-shirt in the hands of one dale crover.

Looks like Ill have to take a road trip to NYC or Boston. Nothing for Upstate NY and no Northhampton Ma. The Paradise is actually a pretty nice club. Anybody thinking about June 21?

Madison is far when you don't have a car... They'll play Grumpy's (I hope).

Great!  I wonder if the new album will be out before the tour.  Is anyone else going to the Athens GA show?

Yeah, I'll be here for the Athens show. I can't wait.

Did we run into each other at the last Smalls show? I don't think we did. I know we did at one of the shows, but I'm pretty sure we didn't at least one of them...I could be wrong, though.

I am. I would prefer Northamton, too. I haven't been to Boston since the POTRE tour though.
Well, we'll always have "In the Air Tonight." Will that be your most enduring song?
You know, that song won't lie down. It just won't go away. I mean, there's a Mike Tyson moment associated with it now. It's just bizarre. I guess it has a bit of mystery, a lot of atmosphere, and the drums coming in, pinning people to the wall.
