Just wanted to express my disgust about how the Bride LP's for sale at the monday show are mostley up on ebay now. Dont know how many of them they had to begin with that night, but it wasnt much at all.  Most of those people stand to make a 100 dollar profit off the melvins and amrep. buy it for 50 that night and toss it up on the internet the next day for 150. whatever, to each his own!

to be honest though, one could definitely see a scenario where the band and/or label says 'fuck it, the show's already sold out so the merch table isn't a draw' and then just ebays the limited stuff...or maybe just sells ~10-20 copies at each show to keep the merch table raking in some gas $ with a one per person limit.

People like that piss me off. I would love to just have ONE copy of the Bride LP and one 7". I find it funny that this Brian Foy guy gives me shit for wanting more than one copy IF possible, yet he promotes buying more and selling them on Ebay. There are words for people like that, and "cocksucker" as well as "douchebag" are a couple great ones.

keep checking the amrep page. the black betty splatter was available again yesterday... also there are still 4 more bride editions to come. and i could imagine that the endless residency la edition will also pop up on amrep sometime...
if you don't have the time to check the sites, then discogs is also a good place, because some members are into trading; that's how i got my dalek version of the bride lp (partly trade, partly cash)...
