i have the cd in my hands  8)

Sweet! But you should put it in the CD player.
Don't forget to recycle the insert and throw away the case.
I nearly suggested such myself but i thought it too obvious.  :)

Can't wait until i get my copy from the U.S. I'll be providing you all with some wonderful (yet for you lot probably traumatic) snaps or video!  :D

Shame you don't have a goat. A video of a goat being fed Melvins inserts is something we'd all like to see, I suspect.
I haven't decided what will happen yet but im conducing research via the Saw movies.
The Melvins deserve something epic.  Either respectful like a funeral pyre or obnoxious like lighting it on fire and putting it out by vomit.  Or piss.  Fire should be involved...must be my inner Beavis.  :P
Is Ian back yet??

Illusionator

I think I'm right (I'm great like that)  :D

It's this or similar I'd say

Hot Pants

im listening to it now for the first time while browsing through the best melvins pic ever thread.

Hail, not fail.
PS:  fuck him.

I have just over 50 plays on this now, for now, album of the year for me.

Captain CoryCory

Very solid album. Tracks 1 and 10 are sort of what I was expecting when I seen the name Lite.

Everything else either does a good job of entertaining me (Esp. Baby and Leon!) or makes me laff! The Wings cover and that hair-tastic title track leave me in stitches.

My only thing is the album slows a bit on Worm Farm Waltz and a Growing Disgust for my tastes but those songs are fine too.

I give it  8) 8) 8) 8)

the bloat

Is Inner Ear Rupture the new Pick It N' Flick It? Listen to them back to back. Trevor's bass is playing the part of Mark D's (rumored) guitar work.

Yeah, that song really reminds me of Pick It N' Flick It, only better. Pick It N' Flick It is kind of a joke, while Inner Ear Rupture is the real deal.

I can finally post in this thread.

they are super fun songs. not quite so much that i find them actually funny though.

the "messed up for real" line in particular in freak puke makes me smile

Im listening to it right now, Its totally stuck in my head immediately.

great feel, good vibe....GREAT Energy

aw great, They should defienetly keep putting the LITE records, haha
I like it just as much as anything theyve done.

It would be neat gimmick if they could work with some other former bassists..and do that old hat (but I can think of former bandmates and would never want to have anything to do with them again ever LOL..)

Then again, Trevor Already has been working with Buzz for Ages..its about time they put this out. Im sure trevors Style and background etc.. will help appeal The melvins to another audience as well.

I forget my homework, I dont recall reading the interview for this album..the part about how they wrote this album exactly.

Im impressed to say the least, it works very well, the melvins are flexing out a limb or two for this.

I think they all need to work with eachother. I think It works well.

I mean they are willing to make it work on more than a musical level too.

I can tell they get along and enjoy working together.

Dumpster D

STILL listening...STILL killer.

(((O)))

Hey in the CD booklet do you think the big KBO in the art stands for King Buzz O?
