I remember over 10 years ago, hearing about The Melvins recording with Mike Kunka, on a very bass-heavy album, but Buzz had a cold and didn't get to finish the vocals, thus it was never released since i'm assuming they never got around to finishing it up.  Furthermore, someone on this forum emailed Sub Pop and said they don't work with those guys any more.  I know this is very old news, but were any of these songs re-worked on Melvins releases?  Or is that something we'll never know?

I asked Buzz and Dale about a year ago on that video chat thingy. Said Mike never finished his vocals. I think he also said he was on meth or something like that. Buzz is half full of 3/4 of the time, who knows how truthful that statement is.

interesting, it would be kinda cool if they had used some of the riffs or something on an album like Freak Puke or something, since Buzz did say that he has tons of music ideas in his head that he later develops into songs years later, but who knows
