Magazines not available online. JZS where did you see that? JFC how hard is it to ship records with 'wraps' aka posters? Two more months? Revolver needs to get their act together.

When you go to the items on their website, they changed the shipping date from April to June.

Revolver obviously don't give a shit about this or Melvins fans in general. Haze, The Melvins, Blixt, even Ipecac know how to order from their suppliers way in advance of announcing a release. from what i've read on fb, this has been everyone's experience with them on any other bands albums previously.  :x

Some interesting tidbits in that article!

QuoteAfter nearly a decade, the band's time with Big Business concluded without angst or even much of a discussion. Warren and Willis were told the Melvins were going to tour with McDonald the following year, which didn't seem out of character for a band that had recently toured as Melvins 1983 and Melvins Lite. But it was soon clear they were parting ways with Big Business, at least for now.

"I had one conversation with Buzz ... about royalties," Willis recalls. "I was like, 'Oh, I was just wondering because we're not in the band anymore ...' And he said, 'Who said you aren't in the band anymore?' I was like, 'Oh, OK.'"

Would be surprised to see Big business ever come back to do something with the Melvins.

i always wondered what the hell happened with the big biz thing.  not sure that clears it up too much.  coady's account paints buzz to be oddly passive-aggressive. buzz doesn't seem like the kind of person who's afraid of laying out the facts of the situation.  who knows

i think basically BB were busy doing their own things and Jared just had a kid and missed a few tours with Melvins, replaced by Pinkus. maybe that was the reason why Buzz decided to move on

Yes, it raises a few questions for sure. But having never been in a band myself maybe it's too easy for me to judge something like that. Perhaps that's just the reality - it's a business transaction type of deal and nothing personal. When i read that bit with Coady, i imagined him just sort of standing there perplexed as Buzz walks off.

My guess is that when Jared had to bail on the 30th Anniversary tour to go on paternity leave that it was over for Buzz. This was when we got the Coady/Pinkus lineup with Honky opening.

I was going to say I remembered something about Jared going on paternity leave which no doubt the band had to pay for.
