I think it will be a dvd thing. I dont think it will be "just" a rerecording. the melvins never do stuff in a regular way.

An audio release of "Houdini" live (from Ipecac?):  hopefully it includes "Sacrifice" (I know not on Houdini) as performed as the encore to the Houdini Live London gig.  That would be sick.

this weekend i had the chance to speak to trevor dunn at a 3 day festival in wels/austria where he played with his trio convulsant and some other acts...
i asked him about the "new houdini"...
he told me that the show in london has NOT been recorded!!!
but they will rerecord the whole HOUDINI album soon with trevor on bass!!!!!

I would be truley floored to see MELVINS re-record an album in it's entirety. has that been done before?
