Damn, Civilized Worm kicks ass! The song is just beautiful! I get the same kind of feeling when listening to Skin Horse. Great song, great outro. I love the vocal harmonies!. Jared really does sound like a younger Buzz.
So the song's in standard tuning. I'm going to try to figure it out on guitar. For those who have heard the rest of the album, what are the tunings? Dropped D, standard, C (like most of Pigs), etc... Just curious.

man, i fuckin' hung for that album, and i was so let down . . . not that its a bad album, its just for TOOL, and after "LATERALUS" it felt like a lame album with 3 good songs and a helluva lot of filler . . .

Hey all, I'm new to the board. But I have been reading it for a year or two. I just haven't registered, until now!

I was too ansy and I downloaded it. But I will definitely buy it, don't worry. It is definitely the most straight-forward Melvins album. Most of the songs could be played on the radio. All Melvins songs should be played on the radio, but all of these songs could be "radio friendly".

I probably should have waited, but I just love those Melvins too much!

melvins will never be radio friendly.  they could record an entire disc of kanye west produced hip-hop and the radio would STILL shun them.   just the way I like it.   I got nervous when I heard Hooch on XM.
