I like the new "Bad Men" though it's hard not to compare to Jared's cathedral voice. But I think Steven is making it more California and I'm ok with that. The bass bit at the end is dope.
i like it too, obviously sounds a bit different than the Melvins/BB original version. a thing i don't particularly appreciate instead, especially when performed at EVERY show, is this sketch/fight between Dale and Steven during The Bit intro. Ok, it's funny and all when you are not prepared to it, but it gets really annoying if you know it is going to happen every time at that certain point of the set. I think Steven added a lot of these prepared little sketches to the Melvins live sets , it's like watching a movie , probably Buzz loves that too
on a related note, i noticed Steven does this vocal intro on a History of Bad Man every time too, after tuning his bass he ALWAYS says that. and i could go on with many other examples
