I read in an interview (pre NWB) that one of those two songs were written back in the ASA sessions but never made the cut because it didn't fit in with the rest of the album. No source but I swear on it!

How do you know for sure Billy Fish and Suicide In Progress were written for (A)SA? Do you have a source?

Dale - "That song advanced from the sessions for the album (A) Senile Animal. We had decided not to insert it on that album. Now the new album is ready and the song will certainly be included!"

Really? Which one was it?  Because in the interview with Dale that you translated he said it came from the (A)SA sessions.

  believe glen is right,but also you are right cuz Dale said SIP advanced from the ASA's session.if i remember correctly Buzz recently said in a interview that he always used to record some guitar riff on a little 4 track mixer at home before proposing them to Dale or to the band,he said also the SIP's guitar riff was written during the Kevin era.believe Dale referred to the fact that the song had been completed during the ASA's session.btw i have to check out for that Buzz's interview,i'm searching on the board,does anyone remember which was the interview please?

By those logics, you must really hate Lysol; half of the songs are covers, the first two songs are basically one song, and seem to consist of some random noise, and the closing song is only about three minutes long (from the top of my head).

what? random noise? put on lysol immediatley and listen closer. Its just an extremely slow "song" wich beleive it or not.. has some kind of order to it.
