Melvins/John Spencer split 45-both doing versions of "In The Air Tonight" by Phil Collins/Genesis FTW!!!
Los ticka toe rest

i want to throw this in the hat, hoping that someone that knows dale or buzz will tell them to do this. I've watched this video probably about 100 times in the last two days, INCREDIBLY addicting. I got my tom waits starter kit (heartattack and vine, rain dogs, bone machine) and i am about to embark on a long journey chipping away at waits' large body of work.

Melvins would KILL this cover. Might need help with an extra instrument or two, but this waits song IS melvins. Made especially for melvins-lite with Dunn and his double bass.

"Cemetery Polka"

Tom Waits - Cemetery Polka Live (1985)
"Sweet Melinda, the peasants call her the goddess of gloom.
She speaks good English and she invites you up into her room."

FartLips

Judy is mad.🤣

Would love to hear them do this!  :P :P :P :P with DSS handling the synth parts on his Moog!!

Edgar Winter Group - Frankenstein

Dumpster D

I would like to Hear the Melvins-Big Business covering Taking care of business.

why not.

Mount Ambulance

I'm sure they could do something sweet & salty with the minimalism of either one of the first two Suicide albums ... pretty much any track could be gold ... but if I had to pick ... 'Dream Baby Dream' ... maybe 'Che' ...

Chief Ten Beers

Miles Davis - Miles Runs the Voodoo Down (1/2)

Melvins Run The Voodoo Down :?:

With Trevor and "Lite" of course. Maybe get the guys from Zu to sit in too.

I've always wanted them to cover Peter Tosh's "Steppin Razor"......that'd be totally bad-ass!!!!!

1.Great White Buffullo (or whatever its called, from Double Live Gonzo) where Ted Nugent sings about "they [the Indians] needed skins for a roof" with a lyric like that its unforgettable--by Ted Nugent

2. Dream Police by Cheap Trick, but done really slow and heavy.
