Sometimes yes, but too often his reviews are not very thoroughful so I don't take all his review too seriously. His interviews are often enjoyable though, I like the interview he did with George 'Corpsegrinder' Fischer of Cannibal Corpse.

Ditto- I really enjoy most of his reviews.  He seems to do his homework (bands history, old albums, etc..) and seems to genuinely enjoy the music he reviews.  Plus, he rarely asks horrible questions like 'So, what are your influences?'.
