What year? They had Folk Implosion opening for them when I saw them in '01.
As far as I know, Folk Implosion never toured in the 90's. That lineup was Lou Barlow with mercenaries, instead of his partner, Jon. From the original run.
Skinny Buzz would be about that time, too.

December 5 2014 at the Cariola Theater in Santiago de Chile. The show was on friday and my eardrums came back to their normal condition on sunday, really fucking loud (specially considering that I was in the first row right in front of Buzz).
