The "not knowing" right now is killing me . Hope there's a Buffalo or Rochester date on the schedule, last stop here was '09. I'd settle with Cleveland too. When was the last time they played Syracuse. Saw Clutch/C.O.C. a few weeks ago there at The Westcott Theater. Would be a perfect venue for Melvins. I hope this isn't just a dozen-date "big city" tour. We'll see.

The last time the Melvins played Syracuse was when they played the Fairgrounds as part of Lollapalooza in 1996.
The Westcott Theater is fairly new. I have suggested to the owners to book the Melvins. But they usually book college/hippie oriented stuff. Who knows. Maybe this fall we will get lucky.
I wanted to go to the NYC show but the Mrs and I are expecting a lil one right around the sametime.

Yeah almost. The prophecy states that upon the evening of 21st Dec 2012 Buzz and Dale have a catastrophic fall out and the Melvins are no more. It was the run of that many gigs that was the final nail in the coffin.

im actually annoyed this is announced days after i book the atp ticket , trust me to find a negative in this,
