I guess I meant in terms of creativity, this may not be their best. Then again, thinking back to other covers, you have photos of flowers, a chihuahua, Christmas presents and several others that were clearly borrowed (Lysol, Prick, probably Bullhead).

OK, so maybe this is their MO. I'll stop complaining and look forward to the artwork on their singles and limited releases which (I think) are better ... or at least more thought provoking.

It could be better, but it's not too shabby.
And I'm kinda tired of all the Haze XXL covers, his style is really repetitive.
So I'm glad Mackie's still in charge on the main releases.

Did you even see the ASA cover art? Melvins are not afraid to get ugly. I know I'm old fashioned in only caring about the songs, but fuck all cover art. It is pointless.

I think Cover art can really add to an album and love graphic design .
when you have a dope cover and a dope album , all the better . the MOre sweet art the better. 
Why not enjoy looking at the album and listening to it too?
that being said
this goat thing isnae my favourite melvins cover by large . But I have
definitely seen better and worse covers out there .

You know, that song won't lie down. It just won't go away. I mean, there's a Mike Tyson moment associated with it now. It's just bizarre. I guess it has a bit of mystery, a lot of atmosphere, and the drums coming in, pinning people to the wall.
