received the vinyl today.... a little suprised by the tracklist:

missing however the track with novoselic (on vinyl).
i wonder why they left this out on the record?

I think that is absolutely disgusting behavour by these record companies. Selling a vinyl version of an album and then missing off songs. I can see why they do it with space restrictions but still it's a joke. Very deceiving too. On the plus side, at least 'Shaving Cream' isn't on it!!

My guess is that it wouldnt fit on the LP without adversely affecting the sound quality. How long is the album?

they could have easily included the novoselic track (which is, so far, nowhere else availavle on vinyl). no complaints though - the 8 tracks work perfect like this... runtime is around 35min...
you never know what you get with the melvins.

I got it in the mail a few days ago and haven't even looked at it. That shit bums me out, and I probably wouldn't have bought it on vinyl if I would have known they were gonna cut tracks. I guess it's not all bad, I never did get my hands on Beer Hippy.

Yeah I think *technically* that should all fit on a 12 inch LP but then again no, that wouldnt Fit well on a pressing without losing huge amounts of Quality Im afraid, Im sure they tried it with a test pressing...but 45 Minutes is really close...was probably almost too close to call, they played it safe, Nude With Boots on Vinyl suffers profusely this very issue, and I think that album is about the same amount of time...so they cant win...people would still complain about the quality over the quantity, its a double edge sword.
