ya, whats up with you shits in the deep south?
hey, dont get your snowblowers in a wad there, hoser.  go back to chasin' glaciers and wrapping bacon around your women to make them more inticing, you plaid-wearin' klondike!
heheh

that's one of the best stereotype put downs i've ever heard, well...read.

be glad to be able to use the term glacier, 30 years from now your kids won't know what a glacier is.

The funny thing is that I lived in California until my mid teens,
and I find Toronto very similar to Glendale or Santa Ana, maybe
even warmer during the summer months!

Guts

He sat at his desk
in a big booster seat.
But when he sunk in,
whispering to his feet,
and dance us a jig
or perform a tango
Whilest shouting out loud
Bingo, bongo, bango

This is a tale
of one li'l fellow.
His hair in coif
and his skin colored yellow.
He twiddled with knobs
and fiddled with bits
And did other things
that required his wits.
No TV and no beer make Guts something something....

steve

I love Buzz as much as the next Melvins fan... but he sure does have some huge chips on his shoulders.

QuoteBingo, bongo, bango.
Referencing the great Bill Schonley, radio announcer for the Portland Trailblazers up through the mid-90's.
Also melvins is gay cuz some of their songs are just noise, i tell you this so you all don't buy albums and find out only one two songs is good on them.

The album art is crappy!

Even the basics like - The lack of contrast between the album title and the background. And the most basic of illustrations - less is less here - not more.

As for the album itself - where's the crowd noise? I really like hearing the crowd on their live stuff - adds much to the energy of the performmance.

My favorite thing about this album is that it reminds me of how brilliant the original still is - I'd rather listen to that.

jeremy

I'm listening to it right now, this is wonderfull. That is all.

I normally love the Mackie stuff but this is a bit 'eh'. But it doesn't stop the thing from kicking ass.
For your health!

I thought it was recorded in a studio (live in the studio) after the All Tomorrow's Parties gig. Hence, no crowd.
