That's a good point there. It is difficult to rate an album by any band in any true terms. I don't think you can ever separate the personal from an evaluation. It's always going to be subjective taste. That and an internal sense (rightly or wrongly) of how a person feels about Melvins too. By that i mean what we think they stand for as a band or what they would "normally" produce. A 10/10 is hard to quantify. For myself i just see it as "do i love EVERY single song on this album?" If the answer is no or almost then it can't be a 10/10 for me. It's silly to rate but always a bit of good fun. Nothing more really.

understandable. I have a hard time rating anything on any sort of scale myself. just cant bring myself to do it! brain doesn't want to work that way.

most of them fuiin suck, exept Houdini, nude with boots, and some a Senille aminal. although fucin spreadeagle on houdin amost ruins the album, so I always remember to take it off my ipod. 10 mins of stupid noize an shit? WTF?! ruins my vibe when I exersise, man. but those lyrics man, all of the melvin's suck chicken ball. don't even make sense. chop suet makes more frigkin sense. like the stuff on dose^ albums tho.

My only question is, how did you get your username? the songs namesakes you use are off of Ozma, and you seem to dislike it, as I can infer by your statement.
